By purchasing a product from our shop, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.
Shipping and Delivery
- All physical products in our shop are for pre-order and will be produced once the pre-order period is complete. Shipping is estimated to begin in December 2022, but this may be subject to delays. Please see and follow our Twitter page for all updates.
- Delivery time will vary depending on location. COVID-19 has led to delays in mailing so we appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your orders!
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or taxes that may apply to their order according to their respective countries. Orders placed through our store do not include VAT taxes. We are not responsible to any delays due to customs.
- Tracking numbers are automatically included for all shipments. Shipping insurance is not included, but may be purchased as an add-on.
Refunds and Returns
- Refunds will only be issued under one or more of the following conditions:

- An error was made by the Vante team (e.g., incorrect address)
- An order was lost in transit and your post office refuses to reimburse you for the loss (with proof of communication and loss)
- If an order is returned to us due to an address error or failure to deliver to the address provided, the buyer may choose to have the product shipped to them again if they pay the shipping fee. If the buyer chooses to cancel the purchase at this stage, we will only refund the value of the product.
- Refunds will be made to the card information and/or PayPal account that was used to purchase the product.
