By purchasing a product from our shop, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.
Shipping and Delivery
- All physical products in our shop are available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. Shipping of all in-stock items will take place within approximately 10 business days from the date of your order, but this may be subject to delays. Please see and follow our Twitter page for all updates, or reach out if you have any questions.
- Delivery time will vary depending on location. COVID-19 has led to delays in mailing so we appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your orders!
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or taxes that may apply to their order according to their respective countries. Orders placed through our store do not include VAT taxes. We are not responsible to any delays due to customs.
- Tracking numbers are automatically included for all shipments, unless otherwise specified.
- Untracked letter mail will be sent in a regular letter envelope paid with postage stamps. A cardboard insert will be included to minimize bending/scratching.
- Digital zines will be delivered via email, in weekly batches on Saturday evenings.
Refunds and Returns
- All transactions through our store are final sale. Refund requests will not be accepted.
- If an order is returned to us due to an address error or failure to deliver to the address provided, the buyer may choose to have the product shipped to them again if they pay the shipping fee. If the buyer chooses to cancel the purchase at this stage, we will not refund the product.
